The Irish Aviation Authority Retired Persons Association

Association Rules 29th February, 2013.

 

1. The name of the Association shall be “The Irish Aviation Authority Retired Persons Association”.

2. The membership of the Association shall be open to all retirees of the Irish Aviation Authority who are in receipt of an Irish Authority Pension.

3. The objectives of the Association are:

To safeguard and protect the interests of its members;

To promote the best interests of its members at all appropriate fora, especially with regard to superannuation matters, maintenance of pension parity and all other issues relevant to its membership;

To seek, where possible, improvements in services relevant to its members.The management of the Association shall be vested in a Committee consisting of an Honorary Chairman, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer, and two Ordinary committee members. Four members shall constitute a quorum for meetings. The Committee, at its discretion, may co-opt members if this is considered necessary.
